Usages conseillés :
– Soins externes : riches en vitamines (A, E, D, PP…), elle enrichit et assouplit la peau. C’est un véritable soin de beauté pour peaux sèches. Elle peut nourrir des cheveux très secs, cassants, on peut l’utiliser en masque capillaire.
– Usage alimentaire : elle est délicieuse à consommer dans de nombreuses recettes, sans trop la chauffer, mais elle reste peu utilisée en usage alimentaire.

Huiles essentielles à associer : Toutes, et particulièrement les huiles essentielles bénéfiques pour  la peau comme celles de Lavande, de Géranium, de Ciste, de Rose, d’Ylang-ylang pour les cheveux.
