Huile essentielle Epicéa Bio – 5 ML

L’huile essentielle d’Epicéa Bio a des propriétés antiseptique et tonique.

Elle est utile pour prévenir et lutter contre les affections respiratoires, en massage sur la peau (à diluer avec une huile végétale surtout pour les peaux sensibles.

Elle peut également être utilisée en diffusion dans la maison.

Particularité de la plante : Originaire d’Europe du Nord et Centrale, on le trouve jusqu’à 2 000 m d’altitude. Ce conifère proche du sapin peut atteindre 60 m de hauteur. Son écorce écaillée est brune rougeâtre et ses branches poussent horizontalement. Les aiguilles sont quadrilatères et piquantes. Les fleurs mâles sont constituées par des chatons, les femelles apparaissent sous forme de petits cônes et se transforment en pommes écaillées (Pives).

Arôme : Résineux assez doux, plus chaleureux que le douglas, forte expression des aiguilles.

Précaution d’emploi : 

Elle n’est pas utilisée en usage interne.

En usage externe il faut la diluer dans une huile végétale (bio de préférence). On peut l’appliquer sur le plexus solaire ou sur la zone des surrénales, le bas du dos, pour réchauffer et stimuler l’organisme.

En diffusion elle peut être associée à des Huiles essentielles de Mandarine, Orange douce, et lavandin. Elle est efficace l’hiver pour l’assainissement de la maison et procure un plaisir olfactif.

L’huile essentielle est contre-indiquée chez les femmes enceintes et les enfants de moins de six ans.

Attention : demandez toujours l’avis de votre médecin ou de votre pharmacien avant d’utiliser des remèdes à base de plantes ; ceux-ci pouvant avoir des effets indésirables sur votre organisme et être en contradiction avec votre état de santé.
