Huile essentielle de Cannelle (Ecorce) Bio – 5 ML

La cannelle est un stimulant et un puissant anti infectieux digestif. Son huile essentielle a des bienfaits anti infectieux à large spectre d’action. 

Elle est conseillée dans certaines affections dentaires.

Nom botanique : Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume
Parties utilisées : Ecorce
Mode d’obtention : Distillation à la vapeur d’eau
Famille : Lauracées

Particularité de la plante : Le cannelier est cultivé sur l’île de Ceylan, l’Île Maurice, Madagascar, la réunion. C’est un arbre aromatique toujours vert dont la tige droite peut atteindre 8 à 10 m. Celle-ci est couverte d’une écorce rugueuse grisâtre à l’extérieur et rougeâtre à l’intérieur. Les feuilles sont opposées et alternes. à leurs aisselles se développent des grappes jaunâtres qui deviennent des fruits ovoïdes à pulpe verdâtre. Les rameaux sont enlevés de manière à utiliser l’écorce qui sera enlevée afin d’être exposée au soleil. Ces écorces sont raclées et prennent l’allure d’un cigare.
À la fois épice et remède naturel, l’écorce de cannelle est originaire de Chine. Elle est considérée comme l’une des plantes médicinales les plus anciennes.

Arôme : Enveloppé, agréable, tenace, chaud, épicé.

Principaux composants :
– Cinnamal (40,00 à 75,00%)
– Cinnamyl acetate (≤ 18,00%)
– Béta phellandrène (≤ 11,00%)
– Béta caryophyllène (≤ 9,00%)

Allergènes : Cinnamal, Eugénol, Linalol, Limonène, Alcool cinnamylique, Benzoate de benzyle

D’après Sainte Hildegarde : ’La cannelle est très chaude et a beaucoup d’énergiques propriétés. Elle a également en elle une certaine humidité mais sa chaleur est si forte qu’elle fait disparaître l’humidité, et celui qui en mange souvent fait disparaître en lui les humeurs mauvaises et en fait naître de bonnes.’ PHYSICA Ch.XX

Précaution d’emploi : 

L’huile essentielle de Cannelle est très Irritante pour la peau et les muqueuses à l’état pur (allergisante). 

Elle doit être diluée dans une huile végétale bio pour être ingérée, ainsi que pour une application locale. 

En prise prolongée et à fortes doses, elle peut être toxique pour le foie.

Usage alimentaire selon les concentrations indiquées

L’huile essentielle est contre-indiquée chez les femmes enceintes et les enfants de moins de six ans.

Attention : demandez toujours l’avis de votre médecin ou de votre pharmacien avant d’utiliser des remèdes à base de plantes ; ceux-ci pouvant avoir des effets indésirables sur votre organisme et être en contradiction avec votre état de santé.
